What do we do with this data?
This information is used for the purposes of ensuring quality, personalised educational services for our students. We do not distribute your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
We use this data for internal record keeping, enquiries, account processing, site and content development, contacting you with feedback from tutors and to ensure that tutors and content are selected according to each student's chosen academic stage. In addition, we may contact you regarding relevant product development and promotions from BrightSpark Education and for internal market research purposes.
Data Security
We are committed to ensuring that your personal data is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure of your personal data, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.
Unfortunately, though the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we will do our best to protect the data that you send to us, we cannot guarantee the security of data transmitted to our site and you acknowledge that any transmission is at your own risk. Once we have received such data, we will use appropriate procedures and security features to seek to prevent unauthorised access in accordance with the above.
Payment details are processed and stored independently by HSBC.
Third parties and tutors do not have access to contact details, all of which are stored securely and independently in the UK.
